FLEET AUTO-MATES CRM integrates with Outlook and Telephone systems to process messages relative to jobs and customers.

Phone calls, emails, logs and actions are available in job processing screens allowing the operator to immediately identify all phone calls or emails relative to a job(s) whilst receiving a call or receiving an email.

The operator has the ability to send emails or dial the customer with a contact(s) for the job(s).

Operators in a hunt group can access the same jobs and information so if an urgent call or email came in then any operator can pick up the job. Each operator keeps their identity with messaging so it is easy to trace what other operators have arranged with customers.
