Job Processing
FLEET AUTO-MATES Job Processing is provided in a simple and easy to use format. Jobs are entered manually for processing and/or provide the interface to examine jobs that have been automatically sent from customers or integrated systems
Job Booking forms can be designed to meet special requirements. For instance, additional data or functions i.e. establish mileage, optimise with other jobs, calculate with special parameters etc.
The information is displayed on a tab based system that automatically progresses the job until the job is completed and invoiced (if the job is from a master system the system will notify when the job is complete).

The Job Processing system shows status of jobs as they progress with indications for failed delivery etc.
